A little more than 20 years success for this establishment where the Lesage family, knew to keep the charm of a rustic and cordial framework, with its old baker's oven condemned, its walls out of apparent stones, its furniture out of wooden, the coppers fixed on the wall and its filtered light.
The decoration involves us in a pleasant environment .
Starter, main dishes, dessert, the whole choice will be a beautiful surprise by the diversity preparations.Make up your mind among the specialities: calf sweetbread, eels persillade, steaklets, côtes de boeuf and cockerels with the multiple sauces (green pepper, roquefort, boletus with the red wine with the choice).

Across the Bassin d'Arcachon, by the water, enjoy a refined and creative cuisine. Try the mussels " en papillotte ". Warm welcome.

At the far end of the Cap Ferret. The view on the sand dune of the Pyla is superb. We specially like the mussels and the fresh soles from the Bassin d'Arcachon

This bistro is always full. It was built long before the road existed, which explains its location en face the landing stage. The cooking is fine.

** LA MAISON DU BASSIN
A most charming place, located in the area of the Cap Ferret dedicated to oyster-farming.
A hearty cuisine. The buffet of home-made desserts is simply irresistible, specially for those with a sweet tooth.

** LE ROND POINT DE L’HERBE
Village de l’Herbe.
With the shade of the arbour in summer or close to the fireplace in winter, one assists idler at the cooking in the chimney of superb dishes with the accents of sun, garlic and olive oil.
The carte, made up of fresh products, changes every three months and one finds with the liking of the seasons oysters of the Bassin, plates of sea with lobster, farm chickens from Landes stuffed with mushrooms, shoulders of lamb on ember with crystallized garlic, poêlées of fresh cod to and sweet peppers, pots of fresh lobster sauce crustacean to peppers of Espelette and other plates of the Bassin on ember with the basil butter....

Vast and luminous, the dining room associates charm of the walls in bleached pine and the authenticity of the seats in chestnut.
The restaurant proposes a refined regional cuisine made up of fresh products of the season.
The chef creates harmonizations by combining products from Aquitaine with Mediterranean ones, the mixture of savours being his principal concern.
